EasyBadge Lite is software used to print graphics and text onto a plastic PVC card to create staff ID or a membership card.   It works in conjunction with a plastic card printer and is compatible with all brands (sold separately).  It’s very straight forward to install onto a PC and will help you create a great looking plastic card layout from scratch or from one of the handy templates.  Simply input the personalisation data then print!

The EasyBadge app is also available to download free from the App Store, this will enable you to quickly capture photos and data on the move using a mobile (Android or Apple). This data syncs with the PC EasyBadge to enable card printing, you can choose to input data using the app, PC or a mix of both.

If you need to print and store more than 100 card records then please purchase the EasyBadge Professional version.

Note: EasyBadge has an internal card counter so you can’t delete the 100 records to then print more.

EasyBadge Lite

EasyBadge Lite will suit small organisations and clubs, limited to 100 records.

EasyBadge Professional

EasyBadge Professional gives you unlimited records it is ideal for larger corporation staff ID cards systems and clubs or organisations wishing to quickly and easily issue members with stunning plastic membership cards.

EasyBadge Smart

As well as unlimited records this version also has the ability to encode NFC and contactless smart cards. It is suited towards University/College student ID card issuance, large corporation staff ID cards requirements and travel concession card issuance systems.

How much is delivery?

Orders over £100 – FREE*
Orders under £100 - £8.50

*Free delivery applies to orders placed and paid for online only.
**Delivery is free if the NET order total exceeds £100. NET being the cost of the order before VAT is applied.)

A standard delivery charge of £24.95 is applicable for parcels up to 10kg to the following areas : Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands. Please proceed with you order, then we will be in touch to arrange payment of the difference.

How will my order be delivered?

We will send using a secure trackable signed for courier, 20 or less printed plastic cards will be posted Royal Mail 1st Class.

When will I receive my order?

Stock Orders:

We aim to despatch items as quickly as possible, order by 12:00pm and delivery will be 1-2 days

Printed Personalised Orders:

We will be in touch with a delivery date, from proof approval generally looking at (working days):

Staff ID Cards - 2 days
Membership cards - 7-14 days
Lanyards and fabric wristbands - 2-3 weeks
Tyvek wristbands - 5-7 days
Visitor books - 1-2 weeks

What is your return policy?
