This Magicard Pronto is an entry level hand feed printer, and although it’s designed for low volume card printing of up to 1000 cards p.a. it’s still quick at only 23 seconds per full colour card.  Whether you’re planning to use for staff photo ID, loyalty or membership card printing, this kit comes supplied with everything required to quickly get up and running.   If you need to print batches of cards it may be worth considering the Pronto 100, it comes with an input and output hopper to store cards meaning you can print cards whilst getting on with other jobs.

EasyBadge Mobile PC Compatible

The Magicard Pronto printer comes supplied with EasyBadge Lite card printing software, you’ll find this very straight forward to install onto a PC. Use it to quickly create a great looking card layout from scratch or use one of the handy templates, simply input your personalisation data then print!

The EasyBadge app is also available to download free from the App Store, this will enable you to quickly capture photos and data on the move using a mobile (Android or Apple). This data syncs with the PC EasyBadge to enable card printing, you can choose to input data using the app, PC or a mix of both.

If you need to print and store more than 100 card records then please upgrade by choosing the EasyBadge Professional option at the top of this page. Note: EasyBadge has an internal card counter so you can’t delete the 100 records to then print more.

A standard delivery charge of £24.95 is applicable for parcels up to 10kg to the following areas : Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands. We will send using a secure trackable signed for courier, 20 or less printed plastic cards will be posted Royal Mail 1st Class.

When will I receive my order?

Stock Orders:

We aim to despatch items as quickly as possible, order by 12:00pm and delivery will be 1-2 days

Printed Personalised Orders:

We will be in touch with a delivery date, from proof approval generally looking at (working days):

Staff ID Cards - 2 days
Membership cards - 4-7 days
Lanyards and fabric wristbands - 5-21 days
Tyvek wristbands - 2-4 days
Visitor books - 7-14 days

What is your return policy?
