These paper contractor passes are printed full colour.  Order if you already use this type of pass and require refills. We can replicate your existing pass or if you want to change it how about adding a photograph of your product or building to create a lasting first impression of your organisation.

Note: We do not charge extra for full colour print!

Personalisation:

Printed in full colour with your logo / branding, the system can be totally customised to your requirements.

Compatibility:

If you’ve not ordered from us before then please check compatibility with your existing writing board. Measure your current pass and if the holes on the left hand side are 3mm apart then these will fit. If not then please click here to order new writing board from us.

Proof:

After ordering we will contact you to get your logo and text or you can email it to (sales@idcardsandaccessories.co.uk). We will then email you a proof for checking prior to printing.

You can DOWNLOAD THIS PDF to see a higher resolution version of this form with usual text printed, but as this is a personalised system we can print absolutely anything that you require.

How much is delivery?

UK MAINLAND
Orders over £100 – FREE*
Orders under £100 - £8.50

*Free delivery applies to orders placed and paid for online only.
**Delivery is free if the NET order total exceeds £100. NET being the cost of the order before VAT is applied.)

NON UK MAINLAND DELIVERY:
A standard delivery charge of £24.95 is applicable for parcels up to 10kg to the following areas : Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands. Please proceed with you order, then we will be in touch to arrange payment of the difference.

How will my order be delivered?

We will send using a secure trackable signed for courier, 20 or less printed plastic cards will be posted Royal Mail 1st Class.

When will I receive my order?

Stock Orders:

We aim to despatch items as quickly as possible, order by 12:00pm and delivery will be 1-2 days

Printed Personalised Orders:

We will be in touch with a delivery date, from proof approval generally looking at (working days):

Staff ID Cards - 2 days
Membership cards - 7-14 days
Lanyards and fabric wristbands - 2-3 weeks
Tyvek wristbands - 5-7 days
Visitor books - 1-2 weeks

Where do I send my artwork / logo for printed personalised orders?

What is your return policy?
