We understand the unique challenges that come with managing contractors in any business setting. This professional contractor sign in book is printed in full colour with your branding and contains everything required to effectively manage your contractors whilst on site.

When contractors arrive on site, they simply write their details onto the next pass in the contractors’ book. The pass is then torn out, creating a paper contractor pass that is placed into one of the provided clear wallets, with an attached contactor lanyard for wearing around their neck. This clearly identifies contractors within your building, enhancing security and lowering the risk of crime and accidents.

Our contractor passes are fully customisable, digitally printed with your company details, logo, any relevant health and safety information, and specifics of the work to be carried out. 

Printed in vibrant full colour, they ensure a professional and memorable first impression when contractors arriving to work at your site.

Passes come with a GDPR discreet sheet to ensure that the data of previous contractors remains hidden and private; however, the sheet can be lifted up. For added security and confidentiality, a Data Seal can be included when placing your order. This seal prevents the discreet cover from being lifted, providing an extra layer of confidentiality for the contractor information.

How much is delivery?

UK MAINLAND - £8.50

NON UK MAINLAND DELIVERY:
A standard delivery charge of £24.95 is applicable for parcels up to 10kg to the following areas : Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands. Please proceed with you order, then we will be in touch to arrange payment of the difference.

How will my order be delivered?

We will send your order using a secure, trackable, signed for courier.

Plastic Cards: Orders with fewer than 20 will be posted Royal Mail 1st Class.

When will I receive my order?

Stock Orders:

We aim to despatch items as quickly as possible, order by 12:00pm and delivery will be 1-2 days

Printed Personalised Orders:

We will be in touch with a delivery date, from proof approval generally looking at (working days):

Staff ID Cards - 2 days
Membership cards - 4-7 days
Lanyards and fabric wristbands - 5-21 days
Tyvek wristbands - 2-4 days
Visitor books - 7-14 days

What is your return policy?
