Our Staff ID Pre-Pay Saver Package 2 is designed to provide an all-inclusive solution for your staff ID needs. Included within the package are printed photo ID cards, made from durable plastic to ensure longevity and clear visibility, along with lanyards and holders.

When do I receive cards?

We print and post as and when you need them!  For example, say you order 100 but only need 35 at the moment, we will print and send 35. Future call offs can be made in batches of as many cards as desired.

When staff require a new card how do I order?

Simply populate the new staff data into your spreadsheet then email to [email protected]. If we receive before 2pm the cards will generally be printed and posted 1st class the same day.

From receiving the data and photos we aim to post Royal Mail 1st class by next day.
First orders: we need to email you a layout proof so allow a few extra days.

Ordering Process Made Easy

  1. Download the below ID card ordering guide and datasheet.
  2. Populate the data sheet and send it to us with a layout of how you would like the card to look. This can be uploaded at the top of this listing, or emailed with your order number to [email protected]
  3. We will review your requirement and may contact you before our artwork team set about designing a great-looking card.
  4. Prior to printing a PDF proof will be emailed to you to approve or amend.
  5. After approval, your order will progress into our secure card printing bureau where the design and your data will be printed professionally onto top-quality plastic cards. We will then post out using an express postal service.

How much is delivery?

UK MAINLAND
Orders over £100 – FREE*
Orders under £100 - £8.50

*Free delivery applies to orders placed and paid for online only.
**Delivery is free if the NET order total exceeds £100. NET being the cost of the order before VAT is applied.)

NON UK MAINLAND DELIVERY:
A standard delivery charge of £24.95 is applicable for parcels up to 10kg to the following areas : Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands. Please proceed with you order, then we will be in touch to arrange payment of the difference.

How will my order be delivered?

We will send your order using a secure, trackable, signed for courier.

Plastic Cards: Orders with fewer than 20 will be posted Royal Mail 1st Class.

When will I receive my order?

Stock Orders:

We aim to despatch items as quickly as possible, order by 12:00pm and delivery will be 1-2 days

Printed Personalised Orders:

We will be in touch with a delivery date, from proof approval generally looking at (working days):

What is your return policy?
