Please note that this machine is a single-feed printer meaning only one card can be inserted into the printer at a time.

Note: As with all entry level software, there’s a print limit, Easybadge limits you to 100, then you need to upgrade at a cost of £230. If this is a problem then you may want to consider purchasing the Pointman Entry Level Package.

The Smart 21 printer comes supplied with EasyBadge Lite card printing software, you’ll find this very straight forward to install onto a PC. Use it to quickly create a great looking card layout from scratch or use one of the handy templates, simply input your personalisation data then print!

The EasyBadge app is also available to download free from the App Store, this will enable you to quickly capture photos and data on the move using a mobile (Android or Apple). This data syncs with the PC EasyBadge to enable card printing, you can choose to input data using the app, PC or a mix of both.

EasyBadge can be downloaded onto a PC and all Android devices. It is not currently compatible with a Mac but the App can be downloaded onto an iPhone (not an iPad). So why not download the App from the App Store today and trial it for free!

How much is delivery?

Orders over £100 – FREE*
Orders under £100 - £8.50

A standard delivery charge of £24.95 is applicable for parcels up to 10kg to the following areas : Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands. How will my order be delivered?

We will send using a secure trackable signed for courier, 20 or less printed plastic cards will be posted Royal Mail 1st Class.

When will I receive my order?

Stock Orders:

We aim to despatch items as quickly as possible, order by 12:00pm and delivery will be 1-2 days

Printed Personalised Orders:

We will be in touch with a delivery date, from proof approval generally looking at (working days):

Staff ID Cards - 2 days
Membership cards - 4-7 days
Lanyards and fabric wristbands - 5-21 days
Tyvek wristbands - 2-4 days
Visitor books - 7-14 days

What is your return policy?
