Ideal if you are planning to print up to 1000 cards per annum, the Pronto100 offers the highest speed in its entry level class at just 18 seconds per colour card. It’s small footprint is less than an A4 sheet and weighing a mere 2.9kg it will fit in offices large or small. Glorious photo-realistic colour reproduction, and with top-quality edge-to-edge printing guaranteed, your printed cards will never look so good.

Digital shreddingâ„¢ – The Pronto100 is equipped with Magicard’s ‘Digital Shredding’ function which renders data sent to the printer unreadable after use – contributing to users’ data security and enhancing compliance with GDPR.

Anti-fraud – The printer comes with 3 optional standard HoloKote® watermark designs. You can choose to print one of the designs across the card surface to help prevent fraud caused by counterfeiting.

The Pronto100 offers the highest speed in its class and with its small footprint and light weight, the Pronto100 will fit into offices large or small while also being ideal for the home worker.

User Management

The Pronto100 uses the latest version of Magicard’s Clix remote user interface, giving users remote control of the device to manage all aspects of printer set-up, maintenance, diagnostics and operation. The simplest ‘plug and play’ set on the market combined with easy control of device settings, it helps with the management of supplies and enables proactive ordering mechanisms to be established. Clix allows for remote monitoring of activity and the status of the printer and its consumables from any web-enabled device on the same network.

Focus on the Environment

The Pronto100 marks the start of Magicard’s move towards devices which have a high level of designed-in recyclability, manufactured and packaged from over 75% recycled or recyclable material. Magicard’s support of One Tree Planted sees the company plant a tree for every printer sold.

EasyBadge Mobile PC Compatible

The printer comes supplied with EasyBadge Lite card printing software, you’ll find this very straight forward to install onto a PC. Use it to quickly create a great looking card layout from scratch or use one of the handy templates, simply input your personalisation data then print!

Using the EasyBadge app, you can quickly capture photos and data on the move with your mobile (Android or Apple). You can sync this data with the PC EasyBadge to print cards. You can input data using either the app or the PC.

PRINTING LIMITATION

Please upgrade to Easybadge Professional if you need to print and store more than 100 cards. There’s an internal card counter in Easybadge, so unfortunately you can’t delete 100 records to print more.

How much is delivery?

UK MAINLAND
Orders over £100 – FREE*
Orders under £100 - £8.50

*Free delivery applies to orders placed and paid for online only.
**Delivery is free if the NET order total exceeds £100. NET being the cost of the order before VAT is applied.)

NON UK MAINLAND DELIVERY:
A standard delivery charge of £24.95 is applicable for parcels up to 10kg to the following areas : Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands. Please proceed with you order, then we will be in touch to arrange payment of the difference.

How will my order be delivered?

We will send using a secure trackable signed for courier, 20 or less printed plastic cards will be posted Royal Mail 1st Class.

When will I receive my order?

Stock Orders:

We aim to despatch items as quickly as possible, order by 12:00pm and delivery will be 1-2 days

Printed Personalised Orders:

We will be in touch with a delivery date, from proof approval generally looking at (working days):

Staff ID Cards - 2 days
Membership cards - 7-14 days
Lanyards and fabric wristbands - 2-3 weeks
Tyvek wristbands - 5-7 days
Visitor books - 1-2 weeks

What is your return policy?
