MIFARE® cards with genuine Philips/NXP S70 4k MIFARE® chip, so you can be confident of optimum performance. They are suitable for personalisation through all plastic card printers.
Each card contains 4k bytes of read/write memory perfect for multiple applications such as access / proximity control, identification, transportation, card parking and cashless vending.
The EV1 4K cards operate at a standard 13.56 MHz frequency and are compliant to ISO/IEC 14443 A compliant. Depending on the power of the reader each cards should operate within a 10cm radius it. The data retention age of 10 years.

Mifare RFID cards have a very slight 7mm x 5mm indent where the chip is embedded inside the card. It’s only visible if you hold the card up to the light and look carefully, generally it’s positioned within a 20mm x 20mm area in the top left-hand corner. If you are printing onto the cards then please be aware that the print head on some ID card printers may miss this 7mm x 5mm chip area and leave a blank space. If that happens then you’ll need to adjust your card layout to accommodate not printing on top of the chip area. Another option is to purchase pre-printed Mifare Cards from us with your background design already in place, so all you do is print on the personalisation.
