Printed nylon lanyards are similar to polyester in that they are durable and branded using screen printing. The difference is the feel of the lanyard: nylon is smoother than polyester and has a shiny, lustre finish. This makes it much better for screen printing a more intricate logo or complex text.
Non-Crease Printed Nylon Lanyards
Nylon is a well-known wrinkle-resistant fabric, and with no creases, these should look smoother and brighter over time compared to other custom lanyards.

Lanyard Colour
We will dye the lanyard material to whatever colour you require (except metallic or fluorescent)
Lanyard Clips
Please choose a clip when ordering. If no selection is made, a trigger clip will be used.
Lanyard Safety Break
To provide a greater level of safety, all our lanyards come with a safety break as standard. This prevents the risk of choking because if the lanyard is pulled with force or gets caught, the safety break will open and safely release the lanyard.
Quick Release
Order this extra if you need to quickly and easily remove ID or keys from the lanyard.
Artwork and Pantone Colours
First, we dye the lanyard material your chosen colour; then, the screen prints your logo/text on top. You may already know the ‘Pantone’ colour number for your branding; please select your colours here: pantone-colours.com. Note: Pantone inks print slightly darker and flatter when printed on fabric.
Email your Pantone colour numbers, text/logo, order number and instructions to [email protected].

Delivery
3 weeks from artwork approval. For a faster delivery, we offer a range of express options.

Will I receive a lanyard proof?
Within 1-3 days we’ll email you a pdf proof to check, and we’ll only print your lanyard once you’re happy with it. Please let us know if your order is urgent so we can get a proof out to you as soon as possible.
