Size – perfect for the office!
The Smart 31 is a good desk size, the single side measuring only 172mm x 377mm x 190mm and the dual 172mm x 472mm x 190mm, this also makes it very portable if you are planning to print cards from multiple locations.

Fine Printing Technology on the Smart 31 is designed to help with true colour production on all your cards. So not only is this a great value printer you can be sure of a quality print.

Card Security – help prevent fraud!
The Smart 31 offers an advanced card security feature at no extra cost and comes in the form of SmartMark.

SmartMark is a watermark feature that is applied when printing and appears in a transparent overlay panel on top of the card. It’s visible to the naked eye and can be customised to include text, pictures or brand logos.

There is the option to also purchase a UV ribbon, this allows an image such as your logo to be printed in UV ink onto the card which is only visible under a UV light. If you are concerned you cards may be open to counterfeiting / cloning then this enables you to quickly and easily check card are genuine.

Encoding
When ordering you can upgrade Smart 31 to be preinstalled with magnetic stripe, and contact and contactless smart card encoders. The magnetic stripe encoder in compatible with plastics cards with a pre-applied lo-co or hi-co magnetic stripe and contactless encoder with MIFARE and ISO 14443 (Type A/B) cards.

Connectivity
As the IDP Smart 31 is an entry-level printer for low volume printing, its default connectivity is USB. This means one desktop application print at a time. If you require multiple PCs to access through a network, then an Ethernet connection is available when ordering.

Operating Systems
This printer is compatible for use with Microsoft Windows 2000/2003/XP/ Vista/7/8/, Mac OS and Linux.

The printer comes supplied with EasyBadge Lite card printing software, you’ll find this very straight forward to install onto a PC. Use it to quickly create a great looking card layout from scratch or use one of the handy templates, simply input your personalisation data then print!

Using the EasyBadge app, you can quickly capture photos and data on the move with your mobile (Android or Apple). You can sync this data with the PC EasyBadge to print cards. You can input data using either the app or the PC.

PRINTING LIMITATION

Please upgrade to Easybadge Professional if you need to print and store more than 100 cards. There’s an internal card counter in Easybadge, so unfortunately you can’t delete 100 records to print more.

NON UK MAINLAND DELIVERY:
A standard delivery charge of £24.95 is applicable for parcels up to 10kg to the following areas : Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands. How will my order be delivered?

We will send using a secure trackable signed for courier, 20 or less printed plastic cards will be posted Royal Mail 1st Class.

When will I receive my order?

Stock Orders:

We aim to despatch items as quickly as possible, order by 12:00pm and delivery will be 1-2 days

Printed Personalised Orders:

We will be in touch with a delivery date, from proof approval generally looking at (working days):

Staff ID Cards - 2 days
Membership cards - 7-14 days
Lanyards and fabric wristbands - 2-3 weeks
Tyvek wristbands - 5-7 days
Visitor books - 1-2 weeks

What is your return policy?
