Creating Records & Printing Cards
Within the supplied ImageBase card creation software you can store and maintain up to 100 records. If you plan to create more than 100 records here are the options:
1. Create the records out with ImageBase in a CSV file, name the photos a unique reference from the CSV, i.e. employee no. and import up to 100 each time you need to print cards.
2. Create the records within ImageBase and delete some when you get to 100 – only okay if you don’t need to keep a record of cards produced to later update or reprint.
3. Upgrade to ImageBase Professional to store and maintain unlimited records.

ImageBase software is not Apple Mac compatible.

When do I give you my logo?

When you checkout you will be given the option to upload your logo file. If you forget or don't have a usable logo then please give us a call

Do the prices shown include VAT & Delivery?

The prices shown here display both inclusive & exclusive of VAT. Delivery is not displayed here and is calculated in your shopping basket. If you are ordering multiple items we may be able to combine delivery charges, please call us to ask!

Will I get an artwork proof before you print my order?

We always email you a visual before we print the bulk order and we do not proceed until you are 100% happy with the proof. Proofs typically take 2-3 days but depends on the artwork you provide.

Can we see samples before we buy?

Please just ask us! Our policy is wherever possible to supply any product samples free of charge when we can. However some larger and more expensive lines, they may incur a charge or delivery cost.

STOCK ITEMS: Order before 2pm for next working day delivery to anywhere in mainland UK (Excludes UK bank holidays).

NON-STOCK: Customised products such as branded lanyards, printed plastic cards, printed wristbands, branded visitor books. Delivery dates for these items can be found within their product description.
