Secure

The Pronto100 comes with the option to print one of 3 standard HoloKote watermark designs onto the surface of each card. In addition, Magicard’s ‘Digital Shredding’ function renders data sent to the printer unreadable after use, contributing to users’ data security and enhancing compliance with GDPR.

High Speed and Quality

The Pronto100 offers the highest speed in its class and with its small footprint and light weight, the Pronto100 will fit into offices large or small while also being ideal for the home worker.

User Management

The Pronto100 uses the latest version of Magicard’s Clix remote user interface, giving users remote control of the device to manage all aspects of printer set-up, maintenance, diagnostics and operation. The simplest ‘plug and play’ set on the market combined with easy control of device settings, it helps with the management of supplies and enables proactive ordering mechanisms to be established. Clix allows for remote monitoring of activity and the status of the printer and its consumables from any web-enabled device on the same network.

Focus on the Environment

The Pronto100 marks the start of Magicard’s move towards devices which have a high level of designed-in recyclability, manufactured and packaged from over 75% recycled or recyclable material. Magicard’s support of One Tree Planted sees the company plant a tree for every printer sold.

EasyBadge Mobile PC Compatible

The Magicard Pronto 100 printer comes supplied with Easybadge Lite card printing software, developed to increase the speed and ease of plastic card printing. It's the only card printing software that combines with an App to enable the easy collection of data on the move. This means that lugging a camera and laptop around becomes a thing of the past. The App allows you to capture photos and data then sync with the main database.

EasyBadge Mobile App

Easybadge can be downloaded onto a PC and all andriod devices. It is not currently compatible with a Mac but the App can be downloaded onto an iPhone (not an iPad). So why not download the App from the App Store today and trial it for free!

When do I give you my logo?

When you checkout you will be given the option to upload your logo file. If you forget or don't have a usable logo then please give us a call

Do the prices shown include VAT & Delivery?

The prices shown here display both inclusive & exclusive of VAT. Delivery is not displayed here and is calculated in your shopping basket. If you are ordering multiple items we may be able to combine delivery charges, please call us to ask!

Will I get an artwork proof before you print my order?

We always email you a visual before we print the bulk order and we do not proceed until you are 100% happy with the proof. Proofs typically take 2-3 days but depends on the artwork you provide.

Can we see samples before we buy?

Please just ask us! Our policy is wherever possible to supply any product samples free of charge when we can. However some larger and more expensive lines, they may incur a charge or delivery cost.

Delivery Time

STOCK ITEMS: Order before 2pm for next working day delivery to anywhere in mainland UK (Excludes UK bank holidays).

NON-STOCK: Customised products such as branded lanyards, printed plastic cards, printed wristbands, branded visitor books. Delivery dates for these items can be found within their product description.

NON UK MAINLAND DELIVERY:
For Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scillies, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and shipments to other countries please contact us for a quotation of delivery costs or complete your order and we will contact you with the delivery cost.

Returns
