Delivery

The vast majority of products are held in stock, except for items which are specially printed with your details, then we will advise on a delivery date. For stock items ordered before midday we can offer rapid delivery, NEXT DAY as standard, providing you order by 1.00PM. Monday to Friday.


Delivery costs £10.50, for all items except top up short run ID Cards which are posted via Royal Mail, and both VAT and delivery will be added at the checkout stage.


Easy returns

If you're not happy with the items purchased you have 14 days to return them to us for a full credit of the goods, provided they are in a resaleable condition.  Please return to: The Edge Systems Limited, Windsor Place, Penarth, Cardiff, CF64 1JL.

Who are idcardsandaccessories.co.uk?
We are a trading division of The Edge Systems Limited, specialists in the print industry.  We operate from an office and warehouse in Penarth, Cardiff.  We are a tight knit team with a loyal customer base who pride ourselves on providing only the best customer service.

 

What are your hours of business and telephone number?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, if you call we will be delighted to handle your requirement over the phone tel 02920 708702.


What about quality?

We do not compromise on quality, our company has adopted the International Quality Standard ISO 9000 an all functions of our organisation are applied to it in defining individual responsibilities, requirements and standards.

What is your policy on online payment security?

Being experts in the security industry we understand just how costly security breaches can be. We do not store credit card details or process credit card payments, instead we use security payment gateway providers Sagepay. To find out more and view our Security Policy click here.

What about VAT?

All of our prices are excluding VAT and delivery which is added on at the checkout.
